Nighttime at the Science Museum of Virginia

Beautiful weather is right around the corner in the River City!

(Welcome Stone Brewing Co.) So if you haven't heard, or have been living under a rock, Richmond, Virginia will be the future home of Stone Brewing Co. Eastern U.S. brewery, packaging hall and World Bistro & Gardens farm-to-table restaurant. Here is an aerial photograph of the Intermediate Terminal Warehouse # 3 and surrounding area located in the city's Greater Fulton Community just north of Rocketts Landing. The ITW3 along with its now demolished sister warehouse (now known as the "Sugar Pad" to the left) were originally built in 1937, utilized mainly for imported sugar and tobacco. It wasn't until later that the city adopted the Terminal Warehouse and used it for voting machines and office equipment storage. If all goes as planned the 30,000 sq ft Terminal Warehouse and 200,000 sq ft new construction brewing facility will be up and running in 2016. Who can say they aren't excited?!
